The joy and giving is really a wonderful thing. There is a saying that says: “You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you”.

The Red Ribbon team experienced this special feeling when we participated in the Santa Shoebox project again. It is a national initiative where you donate essentials and toys packed in a shoebox as a Christmas gift for less privileged children in orphanages, crèches and care centres.

The whole team got involved in the shopping, packing and decorating of the boxes and the fact that we know the names, ages and genders of the children made it a very personal and enjoyable experience.

It is a truly heart-warming project and a nice way to get into the spirit of the Festive Season.
