The Brands2Life Global Summit 2019 – a focus on plans, people and purpose


Ronelle recently attended the fourth annual Brands2Life Global Summit in London. Here is a blog post about the highly successful event.

We were thrilled to welcome 13 of our Brands2Life Global partner agencies to our offices in London a couple of weeks ago for the annual Brands2Life Global Summit. This is when agency founders and senior leadership team members come together from around the world to talk, learn, share and plan.

Colleagues joined us from as far as Australia, India, South Africa, Brazil and North America – as well as closer to home from Germany, France, Spain and Portugal – for the two-day summit.

Over the 48 hours we discussed all things related to creativity and communications, including challenges and opportunities facing the global communications industry in 2019 and beyond, and how we, as an independent global PR network, are best placed to support global brands because we provide world-class talent in-market, coupled with agile and efficient solutions to deliver campaigns on a worldwide scale.

As well as new client wins and lots of client collaboration across multiple countries in the network, many of the Brands2Life Global partners are being nominated for (and winning!) best agency awards in their local countries. Our shared drive for creating dynamic and professionally enriching work environments has seen a number of partner agencies move to new offices, celebrating their growth, while others have been officially recognised in the industry for providing ‘best places to work’.

Learning and development is also a huge focus for the Brands2Life Global Network to retain and attract the best talent in the business around the world, with initiatives focusing on women in PR, up-skilling Marcomms professionals in an ever-changing landscape and adding creativity to individuals’ annual targets, to name but a few.

In an age where brand purpose has never been more important, the Brands2Life Global Summit gave us opportunity to reflect on our own network’s purpose and we look forward to exploring this more over the coming months. Thanks to our partners and here’s to the next one!
